  : All staff met were very friendly and helpful. Gluten free bread offered at breakfast was lovely.
  : Didn't affect us but another family we travelled with had a 1 hour delay for the shuttle bus to collect on arrival.

  : Imagine arriving at reception, confirmation email glowing on your phone, pregnant girlfriend swaying from exhaustion next to you after 6 hour delay, only to be told by a sneering receptionist that ‘booking made a mistake’ and you’ll need to travel 8 miles in to town at 10:30pm to find a new hotel. The mean spirited face of holiday inn express that graced reception that evening very quickly exposed her own lies when she claimed check in closed at 8pm. (We arrived via dedicated shuttle bus servicing guests coming from the airport) and we showed her check in was listed til midnight. She then decided it was booking.com’s fault (until we showed a confirmation email sent directly from holiday inn express). When her manager arrived at our bequest we were met with sour face 2.0, a shouting impatient woman more reminiscent of a snake than someone working in customer service. She continued to blame booking for an error rather than speak calmly enough to discuss a way to resolve their mistake. And had a greater desire to throw out a heavily pregnant woman than offer her a chair.Eventually, after our calm persistence their fully booked hotel suddenly had a free room and our receptionists parting defensive words of ‘its not my fault’ rang in our ears as we ascended to the first floor.Upon arrival in our hotel room we discovered enough stains to believe we’d been given the Jackson pollack suite and other issues (pics attached)I’ll also add, you wouldn’t be reading this review if the hotel had, as we requested, just reached out with an apology for how they treated us.TLDR: lying receptionist tries to turn away pregnant woman for no known reason.

  : lovely clean room. Only stayed one night but was a very comfortable stay :). lovely breakfast spread as well. Very helpful staff and an excellent shuttle service provided which collected us from the airport and dropped us to the train station the following morning :)

  : Clean, relatively new.. very accommodating staff.
  : Location,as with other area hotels, was not within walking distance of the airport. The airport shuttle did not operate before 05:00am. Early flights required getting a taxi, which was relatively expensive. In the order of $50 for a 3 minute ride.The only available, local, resturant is the Holiday Inn across the street, which has a very limited weekend menu of pizzas and salad. And an even more crazy policy of having to order your salad, drinks, desert,etc, at the table, but get up and go to the bar to separately order your pizza. Frustrating and stupid.
