  : Balcony, comfortable bed, good location
  : Misrepresentation about effective airconditioner and lack of coffee maker despite being listed as provided. Removal of own using 2 separate elevators was a hassle & from garbage stored near reception meant constant bad smell at entrance and adjacent areas.

  : The hallways smelled like smoke and they forgot to give us clean towels (previous user's towels still there)

  : Car park was not as described. Two hours to park. No lift from car park. Breakfast should have been served until 9am. But in fact we were told it was closed at 8.40.

  : The location to the Train station was excellent. It was close enough to town to walk. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were helpful with late check-in as our Train was delayed. Large and generous space.

  : No key to our room in the envelope provided for after hours arrivals, and incomplete directions for finding the room, which we only found when another guest helped us. No way of accessing the parking we'd booked and paid for. Despite being told we'd pay on departure, we were informed the money had already been taken, and no refund for the parking was offered. The room did not contain the 2 single beds I had reserved, but one double. It was clean but shabby, baking hot and difficult to open the window. We only got our key because another couple found it loose in the box while they were looking for their envelope. I've had worse experiences in hotels, but not many!
