  : Really nice hotel. Very welcoming at the reception (great English next to native French); nice two-room kitchenette that was very clean and functional. Sitting area was good; also pool was available for swimming. I had to leave early due to an emergency and the hotel was very accommodating and supportive. Great service!

  : We arrived late in the evening together with our dog. The check in went fast and it was possible to park in front. (during the week this cost extra). The location is in walking distance of the center of Tours and it is not to far from the highway. Good place for a stop on your road.
  : The check in was fast but could be friendlier and they take a deposit on your CC (so make sure you have one). They do not have any AC so the room was extremely hot (we were here in summer time), there is a fan but it didn't help that much. All with all, okey place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

  : No hairdryer in room, no swimming towels provided and pool shower out of order. No aircon and heating on in room on a hot day in September.

  : There was plenty of space in the apartment. The location was good. We were near the city centre. The pool was pleasant.
  : Hadnt been cleaned properly - there was someones leftover dinner in the fridge and crumbs on the coffee tables. The kitchen wasnt very well equipped. There wasnt a sharp knife for cutting up food so we were using a dinner knife to try to cut bread and vegetables. There was no grater, no vegetable peeler etc so it was only really suitable for ready meals.

  : Location was great! Less than 5 minute walk to train station.Small kitchen so we could choose to eat in making it great value for money.
  : Limited reception hours during the day made a little difficult to check in

  : The amenities were decent and the location central. The bed was comfortable and there were a total of 4 pillows. The bathroom was clean. Recommendations for everyone visiting: Check out Chateau Villandry, it's a short drive and one of my favorite experiences in France!
  : Parking was problematic and to label it as "free parking" seems like a big stretch. There is free parking, but limited to ~ 7 spots on the street, which are available to everyone - hotel guest or not. It's basically just public parking and only free free overnight. The check-in was really difficult as it said "weekdays check-in until 10 PM", although when we arrived on a Friday the check-in was closed at 7 PM (might be due to miscommunication regarding whether Friday is weekday or weekend). However, when I called the number regarding the check-in, the guy answered with bad English and quite unpleasantly. HORRIBLE SMELL in the elevators!
