  : Everything on the outward bound journey was fine, sadly our return visit was less so.
  : On leaving on the outbound journey we booked a return reservation and were told we could have the same room.On the day of our return after a very long journey we were given a different room with no balcony, broken shower door for an additional 30 Euros!We complained and were told they didnt recall as making a reservation and the cost of the rooms varied on a daily basis? We were not made aware of this when rebooking.We were offered an alternative room but it only had a double bed (Not what my brother and I wanted).We were then moved for a third time to a better room.The effort was made by the staff but all could have been avoided if we had been given the room we requested on checking out the first time.Disappointing to be honest.

  : Kind, caring staff and nice, big rooms! Breakfast was good too!
  : The hotel is far from the old center and main tourist attractions - in a modern, suburban area. The rooms don't have air conditioning so very hot even in September. However the staff was very attentive and friendly.

  : We had booked parking, however when we arrived we did not have access to the parking lot. We had to find street parking at 0200 am with three small children.

  : Location Unfortunately a very diverse area with a sufficiently disturbing number of groups loitering around the vicinity hotel, all of whom took a keen interest in our arrival, such that my daughter, who had just come back from travels in two african countries asked if we could stay somewhere else. which we did.

  : Nice room and balcony. Location was ideal, tram outside into the center in 10 mins. Mall and food court across the road which is ideal. Rooms were very clean and beds very nice
