  : We loved being about to use the kitchenette for simple meals. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and safe. The staff at the desk was extremely helpful with all our needs.

  : Its not a hotel. I explicitly select hotels 2 stars and up only in Booking.com search, because I only want to stay in a hotel.Its a sort of Airbnb with a front desk. This is not stated anywhere in the booking.My wife is staying overnight in the adjacent Midipole hospital after surgery. I booked this late and got to the hotel even later and was asked for a security deposit which I found very strange. I was then told I needed to clean the room after my stay and return it in the same condition as I got it or I would lose my deposit. This wasfollowed by please drop you refuse sack in the collective bin outside the building.If it was any earlier I would cancelled the booking right then and booked an actual hotel.With my wife in hospital I did not need the stress if losing a deposit or cleaning.I do not use Airbnb as the service does not interest me. My wife likes it and their app and I sometimes stay in Airbnbs when we travel together. However, I tolerate it because my wife likes it, it does not appeal to me.I have booking.com app on my phone not Airbnb. When select Hotel in Booking.com filter I expect to get a hotel. Please remove this accommodation from the Booking.com Hotel filter.-The side panel on the bath / shower wasfalling in which made me really nervous as I had to give a deposit. The coffee machine was impossible to use as the 4 staff in the breakfast room were making trays of coffees for themselves or others.
