  : WARNING TO PEOPLE BOOKING On booking this apartment we paid 400 booking deposit which was fine and on arrival we were meet and shown around the apartment , lovely apartment excellent facilities and had a fantastic stay and was told when leaving to drop keys in letterbox , all good so far until we got home and received an email to say we had broken the TV ( which we did not ) so they kept 339 of our deposit to replace TV and we could do nothing about it . I would not like this to happen to other people so make sure you get one person from the company to be present when you check out to make sure your deposit is returned

  : The beds and bedrooms were great. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen and laundry facilities were adequate.
  : The furniture in living room was uncomfortable and inadequate. The balcony wasnt really a balcony and looked onto stairs, luckily it was too cold to sit outside. The stairs were unsafe and the description said there was an elevator which didnt work. Natalie provided no explanation for this. One of the lights on the staircase was not working. Would have been helpful to know that the street was torn out so our taxi wasnt able to get to our apartment.
