  : Booked a triple room - so big enough for 3 and the second bed didnt even come with sheets or a duvet/blanket. Asked the staff and we told there wasnt any and none could be found in the whole hotel. Appalling.

  : I arrive late on Friday 20th October my friend that lives in Toulouse came into the hotel with me as I don't speak French to be greeted by the rudest night reception my friend spoke on my behalf to the the night receptionist asking my friend what has this got to do with you?, then an altercation of words between the night reception and my friend, the night receptionist was moving his arms all over the place and being very dismissive told me he was going to cancel my booking and he didn't care what I thought he also took deposit of 150 on top of what I paid for the three nights stay I asked him about this and he dismissed me again I told him I would like to talk to the manager in the morning to be told he didn't care if I spoke manager, as I was leaving today i went to check out and asked another receptionist will the deposit be returned back into my account to which she didn't know how long it would take, I've never stayed in hotel with such bad manners and rudest I've been to Toulouse 3 weeks ago also and stayed in another hotel which was so lovely and helpful, I for sure will return to this hotel again.

  : The hotel should provide at least some tea/coffee and sugar sachets in the room.
