  : Location for all transport facilities and it was very clean
  : I did not like 1. The mid presentation of booking. com confirming my booking with the arrangement of no prepayment and paying on arrival at the hotel for me to find out that in fact the hotel tried on 2 occasions before my arrival to take payment out of my account. There was such agreement for that to happen. 2. On my arrival I had the full amount of the hotel bill with me in cash . In spite of that the hotel still wanted my card to take 149 Uk pounds in addition to me paying the full amount in cash. How rediculous was that! Luckily my bank refused to pay their demand for further card payment. The hotel staff said booking.com knew about this arrangement however no information was passed on to me about this and this did took away a lot of the pleasure out of this trip, and I am very very disappointed with booking.com and unless you can offer me some form of recompense or a substantial discount on a future break I would be very reluctant to use booking.com again . I had used your company on many occasions in the past but this latest experience with booking.com has completely shaken my confidence in you. Raymond McGowan.
