  : A beautiful old elevator, amazing staff, great location, my daughter’s room had a bath.
  : The shampoo/soap provided had a very intense, unpleasant smell.

  : For physical reasons I needed a walk in shower as opposed to the more usual deep tub shower. Every aspect of that bathroom was top notch in appearance and functionality. While there was a convenient newer elevator, the antique elevator in the lobby was a fun touch and totally reliable. Staff were wonderfully friendly and also very helpful with questions or requests of mine. The breakfast was exceptional with great variety. I loved the central location, just across the plaza from the train station, and a convenient walk to many of the most interesting parts of the city.
  : My room had a single flaw, and it may have been unique to my room. I had lots of windows but no view. Up to a height of about 6 feet the window glass was heavily frosted such that I could not see anything . Maybe it was because of a active construction site on the other side,, I don't know. But I disliked not having any view. But there was plenty of natural light, just the same.

  : It was convenient for me to get to and from the train station and still walking distance to all the sights. Big thanks to Lewis for speaking English with me (apologies my French is rubbish) and dealing with my very heavy luggage
  : Nothing, my stay was great and the staff I interacted with were lovely.Actually one thing, could not find anything gluten free which would have been great. But it’s France, the home of bread
