  : The location was very central and well connected to tourist destinations
  : The A/C did not work in our room or our families other room even when turned all the way to 5 degrees celsius.There were flies in the hallway which is really gross.The first room smelt like smoke, which is terrible for a small baby (must caveat that they gave us another room even after saying that the hotel is “fully booked” previously.The complimentary coffee only had sour milk, which made the coffee taste terrible and ruined my breakfast routine.Overall very disappointing, because if not for COVID19 I would have spent a part of my honeymoon here, which due to travel restrictions we had to cancel, and they were also one of the only place who refused to refund a newly married couple. Very glad we didn’t go, because we would have been duly disappointed.

  : the lobby was quirky and fun, and all the pictures made us smile. The hotel was pristine and felt new and nice. The beds were comfy and pillows squishy. The location was excellent for our needs, right opposite the railway station.
