  : We just expected more from a KYRIAD hotel, because we arrived from St Malo, where we stayed at the same hotel. The staff was friendly. There were 2 parking options (free - in front of the hotel, paid - in the garage below the hotel), but you don't find every day a parking spot in these 2 locations. The hotel is located in a vicinity of a busy avenue, but you didn't hear the noise of the street. After a 10-15 minute walk, you reach the Centre of Rouen which is surprisingly a beautiful city.
  : Our room has designated for handicaped people (room 101 on the 1st floor). But this was not the problem. Let's start with the bed - the MATRESS WAS RUINED (damaged cogs created a valley on the right side of the bed). I dit not encounter this problem anywhere in the world. I should have asked the staff to replace it. In the bathroom, the drainage system was a little bit noisy (maybe because of the room's type). Our room was situated right next to the elevator and the stairs and you cand hear everything on the hallway (people entering their rooms, slamming doors and speaking loudly).

  : Can't fault the staff. They are excellent.
  : The car park is tight, and to enter you have to go outside first. The hotel itself is shabby. It looks like they have no maintenance staff. In our room - air con not working properly; curtain hanging down; paintwork chipped and patched and dirty; kettle broken though working; shower head broken; bath chipped; bathroom door chipped; ventilator blocked with toilet paper Shower screen disgusting. Door to room doesn't open properly as it hits the bed.In corridor, two ceiling leaks, one dripping into a bucket, the other onto the carpet. Errant drill holes in every part of the room.Lift not working in the morning.The entrance lobby is nice, but not truly a reflection of what you are about to receive.I wish I could add photos of all of this, but have added all the system allows.
