  : We were needed a room for one night, and this room was perfectly satisfactory. The shower was great.
  : The hairdryer was a little lacking as it would get too hot for you to hold and you would have to dry your hair in shifts. The breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay, as they had very little to offer and the meat Was gone when we got there and I had to ask if they were going to put any more out. And I think one of the employees actually went and bought some and got back with it just before we left.

  : It was located quite centrally to conveniences like shopping mall and restaurants.
  : Parking at hotel was tiny and not easy to find at first. One person on duty manages reception, the bar and the food during the day and as a result, you have to wait and be ignored. The staff were friendly but I think that the hotel is running on a restricted budget because, the room that we were allocated was filled with dust. The table, side pedestals, pillows, chairs all had lots of dust on them - indicative that the room had not be used for a long time. Don't get me wrong, it was cleaned a while prior but, wasn't occupied and hence all of the dust. So, we had an unpleasant night because we sneezed most of the time. The toilet also didn't flush properly and I don't have to explain what inconvenience THAT creates.

  : Its a good value for money hotel to visit Rouen. Affordable parking available. Good size family room. Some recent improvements in the fit out, and clean and comfortable beds.
  : The only thing is that theres a funny smell in the corridor that I cant recognise. Not sure if is caused by damp or is a smell coming from the construction materials.
