  : The location is perfect for walking the Avenue de Champagne The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size but the toilet was not completely bolted down to the floor. There was street parking available
  : It was confusing where to find the entrance as the front entrance to the property had 3 different addresses. We couldnt figure out how to get into the property. A French lady walking by was very sweet to call the property owner to find out in French how to open the door to the street. we still couldnt get in because the code was for the door to the apartment inside. The owner did come over to help us gain access. There was an elevator but upon entry to the residence, there was 2 sets of small steep circular stairs to gain access to the first and second floor. We just brought a small weekly carry on so we were able to get it up the stairs. our regular suitcases would have been impossible as we had to hold on tight going up and down. Were 70+ and it was okay, but we were worried about tripping. The apartment is on 3 floors, so I would not recommend it. There were no instructions on how to work the TV and Netflix. The owner offered to come over again , but we decided not to waste anymore timeThe bathroom toilet was not bolted down and it rocked which was dangerous When I dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up under the bed, it was filled with big piles of dustI did email the owners 3times through booking. com and directly to their suggested address before our arrival as they sent out a note welcoming us to ask for help with local activities and restaurants I didnt get a response to any one question We have stayed at a lot of BnBs. I would not recommend this place

  : There are a lot of stairs in the apartment, which can be hard with luggage. I think this should be clearer in the description.

  : We were missing the airco, an open window wasnt enough. Further it was more than good!

  : great location, nice coffee machine and quite spacious
  : the front door to the building was quite difficult to open but I called the owner and he helped me with that.
