  : Pretty and well maintained hotel with perfect location in St Germain, close to many nice restaurants and bars. Small but sufficient and clean rooms. The staff is extremely kind and service minded. They even offered to refund us the last night since we planned to checkout one night earlier without us even asking.

  : The hotel was lovely and the decor was beautiful we loved the glass orangery to the front of the hotel the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice too. It was very central in epernay and walking distance to all facilities the staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended and booked us a restaurant for the evening
  : Parking was very very difficult as you are on a one way street with very little parking luckily wr did fins a space outside but people parked in our bumper so was very difficult to get out on their website states they have a public csr park but this has been all dug up as there Sr e slot of road works didn't like the bar it was at the back of the hotel which was dark and small. Breakfast was OK had a small basket of pasties and yoghurt there was a coffee machine you helped yourself

  : I loved the location, and the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of space. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Not having a window to be able to open for fresh air.
