  : At the end of my stay the manager Mme. Merzoug asked about my experience and I reported everything that happened with me and my father. She was very kind and apologized by providing us some breakfast.
  : I paid 736.52 for a two-night stay at this hotel to fulfill my father's dream trip to Paris on New Year's Eve. It was a bit pricey, but considering it's Paris during the New Year's Eve celebration near the Eiffel Tower and a three-star hotel, I expected a reasonable experience. Upon arrival, around 9:30 PM, I inquired with the receptionist about the possibility of separating the double bed into two single beds for my father and me. Unfortunately, he told us It would be necessary to talk to the cleaning lady by the morning to do such a thing. I trusted he would do that for us somehow. Despite my expectations, nothing was done. I also asked about breakfast, only to find out it wasn't included. As we reached our room's floor, we noticed the hallway floor was sinking and uneven, and the walls were peeling due to infiltration. The room itself was small, around 9m, with a tiny bathroom. For the price of 736.52 for two nights in a three-star hotel, our room was underwhelming. Tired, we managed to sleep, although it was challenging with only a single blanket provided for a two-person room. I had to use robes to cover myself. The small non-smart TV and mediocre Wi-Fi led us to spend as little time as possible in the room. In the evening, I requested an extra blanket from the receptionist, who claimed it was only possible in the morning with the cleaning staff. Frustratingly, for the price we paid, I expected better service. I managed to find a wardrobe by myself on our floor, containing blankets, unsure of their cleanliness, but I used them anyway. Upon leaving the next morning, as I approached the elevator for check-out, I was dismayed to find the floor littered with 'clean sheets,' likely gathering dirt from the shoes of anyone who stepped on it. This three-star hotel should consider allocating some of the hefty fees they charge to study skin diseases and leptospirosis. I can't help but feel deceived and robbed.

  : Nice breakfast, close to the RER (train), use of luggage storage after check out.
  : Shower was smelly, uncomfortable toilets, rooms need to be repaired (especially walls)High price for what you get. Tiny 3 people elevator had been repainted and out of use. Toiletries (no toothbrush/paste, no pyjamas)

  : After first night where room auto light kept turning on and then was incredibly noisy as next to breakfast room we where moved
  : Noise in first room and automatic light then second room I dont believe was a superior room which is what we had paid for, damp smell from air con leaking onto carpet in room
