  : Keys!! What keys??? It was a nightmare to get into, keyless entry using your phone to connect everytime to get confirmation. Flat battery? No entry! Nobody to talk to to get help.
  : Entry to the property was almost impossible! Help was unavailable if your phone was flat. It was a very hot room, we could open a window but even with that open, there was no ventilation.

  : Close to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. There is also a supermarket nearby so it's convenient. It has a kitchen so you can eat what you bought at the supermarket.
  : Customer service. It was cold, so I asked for an extra blanket, but it arrived at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of my consecutive stay. I was told that the cleaning staff would be there starting at 11am, so I couldn't do it until then. However, it arrived at 2pm. impossible. Or is there a system where even if you need additional room service after you arrive, it won't be delivered until after 11:00 the next day? I'm tired of the poor quality of service.

  : Location is great. Not far from the Eiffel Tower and the patisserie at the end of the road was amazing.
  : The Wi-Fi wasnt great so it was hard to get in if you dont have data.
