  : The superior apartment that we had on level 5 was exactly as pictured in the images. The apartment used code access which was easy to use no matter what time you arrived and the apartments were secure. As a family of 5 we used both the couch and the chair sofa beds. Before we arrived I was worried that we once they were set up we would have to climb over them to move around but the apartment was large enough that we could move around them. The kids seemed to find them comfortable enough. The apartment was clean with good facilities and the Eiffel Tower key ring gifts were a nice touch. I found the main bed very comfortable. Although there is still a lot of construction going on in the surrounding streets we did not really notice any significant noise. I was concerned before we arrived after reading reviews of late evening party noise as part of our stay fell on a Friday and Saturday night but we didnt experience any late night noise in the area at all. The apartment is within a couple of minutes walk to the closet metro station which provides direct access on the number 1 line through central Paris to all of the key attractions. There are also some great patisseries and restaurants in the area as well as a supermarket just across the road in the convention centre. Highly recommend Le Beouf Maillot for wonderful steak and great service.
  : The surrounding construction sites are not pretty but that is not the fault of the property and once complete the area will be lovely.

  : Fantastic location! Literally steps away from the Porte Maillot tube. Loved that the area was close to touristy spots but still far enough away to feel a bit more "local"Very clean apartment with all necessary comforts. Welcome booklet was really helpful.
