  : This trip was a present for my mums 70th birthday and also her first holiday ever. We stayed at the Hotel Toujours & Spa and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. If you’re disabled or have mobility challenges, I strongly advise against booking a stay here. They will give you top floor rooms with limited lift access.Lack of Assistance for Elderly Guests: My elderly mother, who uses a walking stick, fell over during our stay. Shockingly, the hotel staff didn’t offer any assistance or even check on her well-being. Their lack of empathy and care was deeply disappointing.Unreasonable Charges: The hotel charged me an exorbitant £600 for a two-night stay, even though the original booking price was £300. This price discrepancy is unacceptable and feels like a blatant rip-off. You won’t realise until you turn up so don’t bother doing ‘book now, pay later’. Hidden Breakfast Fees: When I initially made the booking, breakfast was included. However, upon checking out, they added an extra £100 charge for sitting with my mother during breakfast. As a vegan, I didn’t even eat the breakfast as they have no options, yet they insisted on charging me. This policy is both unfair and discriminatory. Rude Staff and Lack of Accountability: When I requested to speak to the manager or obtain their name, the staff refused and argued back. I was in utter shock. Their unprofessional behavior and unwillingness to address my concerns left me frustrated and disappointed.Facilities: The sauna is not hot enough and the steam room has zero steam. You have to book to use the swimming pool and is always fully booked so we didn’t get to use it. Pointless spa. In summary, Hotel Toujours lacks compassion, transparency, and basic customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a more accommodating place to stay.

  : It is a charming and well-run small hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to a metro station and the Arc de Triumphe. The staff is super nice and helpful!
