  : The room was not ready at 4:30pm.We had to let our luggages and bags at the lobby and had to change our clothes (for the concert) in a fitness room’s bathroom. When we came back from the concert at midnight, the luggages hadn’t been brought to our room; we had to go back and pick them up at the front desk. We had to go to the front desk twice after our room key didn’t work and didn’t let us in the room. After thirty minutes, we finally managed to enter our room. The hallway was disgusting; food carts were everywhere on the floor. We signalled it but by the next morning nothing had been done and the hallway was incredibly smelly. At 7 my husband called the front desk for a taxi; at 8, no employee had done their job correctly and called a taxi. This is our third time staying at this hotel and by far our worst experience, especially for about 450€ the night…

  : The Air conditioner wasn't working in my room I told the receptionist when we checked in and he said maintenance will fix it we left the hotel and came back at nighy found the AC is not working bare in mind 4 people in this room with an Asthmatic kid. The room all dusty smells horrible it took them 2 hours to find me another room we transferred the room at 2:00 am after my son started to cough and got an Asthma attack. In our check out I called for someone (bell man) help us with the luggages they told me there is no one can help you.Breakfast is not worth the money very limited low quality food.

  : Window that wouldn’t close properly with rubbish noise insulation. Averagely comfortable bed with average pillows. Air conditioning that refused to be chilled air even when selecting the coldest setting on the thermostat. Terrible room service menu, poor quality food. The coffee sachets were not replaced once used so spent 2 days out of 3 with no coffee. Housekeeping and Reception wouldn’t answer when you called from the room.
