  : Representative was very nice and helpful and was on time which was a bonus. She even helped me with my suitcase so double bonus. We were allowed early entry which was super helpful. Communication with host was easy. Area is residential and is nicer than that shown on google earth. The French Bastard is right on the corner for easy to go coffee and pastry. Close to Rue Montorgueil which was wonderful. Nightlife was cool in this area and stayed open later. Very close to a metro station. A little distance from the tourist attractions but ok if you don't mind a metro ride or a morning stroll. Seemingly a safe area for two female travelers. The living area is spacious and allows you to spread out. So much better than a cramped Paris hotel room and you can't beat the price. The kitchen is small, but who cooks in Paris? Bed was comfy. Place was quiet, clean, better than the pics, and the washing machine works.
  : Only one mirror and it's in the bathroom obviously. Would suggest a second one somewhere so two people can be getting ready at the same time. It's a third floor walk up so be prepared for some stairs, but if you aren't ready for stairs you may not want to come to Paris. Homeless guy slept outside our door on the street one night but also not that far outside the norm unfortunately.
