  : Hotel is so dirty.Even there mouses in pur room.We could not put any meals and luggages.Mouses enter to.the luggage.Room were small and dirty.Location is so bad.It is dangerous outside.Staff was very agressive.We explained about mouse but they didnt do anything.They said that it is normal thing there.And we didnt stay in this hotel and they didnt give us money back.

  : Very poor toilet conditions, looks like a one from 1900 period. Some guys in a room near me came it at 2 in the morning and started to speak very loud at phone for at least 2 hours and no one from staff try it to stop them.

  : It say that the shower and toilet is shared, but it does not say that their door is directly from the stairs betwen floors, one shower for the entire hotel, situated on 3rd floor, no space to prepare your self for shower, you exit from the shower directly naked on the stairs betwen floors. Shower and WC are situated n diferent floors. They had 2 really small storage spaces converted one to a shower (3 floor) and the one to a wc (second floor). Door for toilet is not closing well, you can see who is inside when you are walking on the stairs. Room are even worst. Please see the pictures attached to this review.

  : The administration essentially robbed me off 50 EURs. I asked for an upgrade but travelled for work and needed an invoice which I specifically asked for. They claimed that their card machine doesn't work and that I can come back and receive invoice. Next day, they tell me that their manager will send me an invoice. I referred to Booking who totally ignored my request on multiple occasions. Awful service, awful people and huge disappointment from Booking.com reaction. They really don't care what types of hotels are listed, as long as they pay commission. Needless to mention that the hotel was closed when I arrived, and they did not reply to my calls and I had to wait for them for over 30 minutes outside. The room was filthy and unclean. The bathroom had piles of dust clustered, and the shower curtain had brown stains all over it. I slept with my clothes on, praying that the horrible smell won't stick.
