  : Room was clean
  : Air conditioning was not in order. Room was warm couldn’t sleep well . Receptionist girl was not friendly and didn’t provide baby cart even we mentioned we have 6 months baby .

  : Close to everything that was needed , shops , metro , shops ECT.Staff at front desk were very nice , made the effort to talk to you , they also responded to messages through booking about confusion over parking and sorted that for us . And posted something my friend left behind promptly and issues free , credit to you they are .
  : Lift was out of action but we were made aware and decided to still stay and luckily didn't have too many stairs to climb.

  : The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was truly fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There's not much within walking distance, but the location provides easy access to the tram and metro 9. It was nice to have the towels cleaned and bed made as needed, and to have access to coffee and hot chocolate 24/7.
  : The room wasn't well sound- or heat-proofed, so we got a lot of noise from the street. Light too. We couldn't turn the heating up, when you sit on the toilet your knees touch the walk and your partner has to climb over you to reach the sink and shower, the head of which tends to fall of hook.The walk from the metro was also not one my partner was comfortable doing after dark, as there are a lot of rough-looking kids hanging around (one guy called her a **** in French multiple as we walked past). A pretty authentic Parisian experience all told.
