  : Perfect little self-catering bolthole in a lovely area of Paris. The accommodation was quiet, clean and secure but only steps away from Le Marais. Property is compact so was perfect for one. Wifi worked well, communication with host was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again
  : No major issues. The property is next to a clinic that has continuous footfall with small children, so there was quite a bit of noise during working hours. Also there is no machine for washing clothes in the property, but this was made clear before my stay. As mentioned above, property is compact (bathroom is tiny) so would be fine for two, but four could only fit if they were two couples that get on extremely well and are happy to share a room!

  : Location was great being in the heart of the centre. Metro was about a 5 minute walk. Great food places nearby. You must buy/bring your own soap for body/hand washing.

  : Location is very good. Staff was friendly and professional.
  : Kitchen utensils were left no so clean. Before using them we needed to clean them.For a short stay noone will bring dishwasher tables and wherever we stayed so far we always found a few dishwasher tables but Gallery.The same goes with hand soap. Just a small bar of soap which costs nothing would be a great help after a long day and quick sanitisation.

  : The apartment was quiet, and conveniently located - really great location in the middle of the Marais, 4 minutes walk from the metro, with everything you need around you - supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and more.
  : The best feature of the apartment was its location, aside from that it was the bare minimum basics. The apartment came with nothing and the owners even require you to pay an additional 13EUR for a basic cleaning kit (that includes dish detergent and a sponge). Anything else will be at your own expense - including trash bags, napkins, water, salt, shampoo/body wash, and if you ask for more than the three toilet paper rolls they provide you with, they'll tell you that's all that's included - for a seven-day stay. There was very minimal value for money - no cleaning service even once throughout the entire week, the bathroom is quite small - 1.5M square (and that's being generous). Most hotels - even low end ones have a warming towel rack so towels dry when it is cold - we had to dry our towels on the radiator with nowhere to hang them. They'll provide you with two coffee machines but no coffee - and who knows what kind you need to buy, so it's useless - not even a tea bag or sugar, and they'll even add an extra 30EUR check-in fee on Sundays - because they can. We were happy with the location, in general, but the service was the bare necessities, and even their key "FOB" didn't work for us, and we only received one set of keys - meaning you can only travel together all the time, so there was no splitting up. At more than 200EUR a night, we likely could have found a hotel that would be more welcoming, providing us with at least some water upon arrival, tea bags, and toilet paper without it being an issue.

  : Very nice appartment, in the centre of Le Marais, one of the nicest areas of Paris. Clean and comfortable room, very quiet. Close to St Pauls metro station. Perfect for a citytrip. Big thanks to Duy for his warm welcome and all the tips for getting around!
  : The bathroom presumably holds the world record for smallest bathroom :-), not sure if it is 3 square metres (toilet + washbasin + shower). But it was clean, so no big problem. The appartment is at the end of a courtyard, which has automatic lights when people arrive and leave. Some extra curtains in the appartment, especially at the entrance door, would be very helpful as these lights switch on/off in the late evening and early morning, which makes it less comfortable to fall asleep and which wake you up at night and in the morning.

  : Such a cute apartment in a most amazing location. Loved so much the square just outside, surrounded by restaurants. Full of charm, and everything we needed for an amazing stay in Paris.Ground floor, in a secure courtyard, which is a plus to not have to carry luggage up stairs. We were a family of 3, with a 7 year old (she especially enjoyed playing with kids coming to visit the medical clinic next door)
  : It wasn't a negative for us at all (it was as positive as our child played with kids coming in); the apartment entrance is immediately next door to a paediatric doctor surgery, so you will hear many sounds of children during your stay.
