  : Abdul the evening reception staff was lovely! So friendly and supportive
  : The property looks nice on pictures but is bad in real life. Smells very strong of alcohol and is so so noisy. I could hear people in the next room, in the hall, outside so loudly. I woke multiple times and didn’t feel safe in my room which is very important for a solo female traveller. There was no proper shower only one of those small hoses that you have to hold up - the bath and sink were dirty. I took pictures and videos. The door handle of the bathroom was coming off and there was a very loud buzzing noise in the room and bathroom. The bed sheets were scratchy and I couldn’t even open my curtains because the window looked out onto a courtyard with other rooms closely facing so other guests could see in which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

  : The shower was really good in terms of pressure and temperature, however there wasn't a curtain or a shower head holder. It meant that you could get water everywhere.

  : Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpfull.
  : The brown carpet in my room.. It must be very difficult to hoover, to clean, and that troubled me. They should remove the carpet.

  : The room on the photo was completely different, the deluxe room looked bad, it’s need renovation, the windows instead of the street view were on the another houses wall and the smell in the room was really bad. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude from an administrator to a client. When checking in, he did not specify that the room view and the room would be different from the one I booked. the room smelled so bad, and cause the window faced the wall, it was impossible to ventilate, and when I asked to change the room to the one that was booked by me, the administrator said that he could not help me and the room is the same as i booked, it’s just not all of the room photos were loaded on Booking, and rooms may vary in appearance. OK. I said that it is impossible to breathe and it is impossible to ventilate there, there is no air conditioning either, they cannot cancel my reservation, and they cannot return the money, and the only thing they had offered me to solve the problem with the smell in my room was an AIR FRESHER! Imagine my shock when the administrator came to my room and for three minutes sprayed it by every corner of my room and at the end he said, “I hope this helps, sorry”. It’s not, but I had no other option, cus money were paid, and noone help me to cancel booking, change room or refund them.
