  : Staff were very accommodating. They had overbooked so they moved me to a better room which was nice. Location was great - right next to the metro station. Had all the amenities I needed for my stay.
  : Strict about no outside food in the room which was inconvenient for me. They charge an extra fee if they find any evidence of outside food in the room.

  : The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, great communication skills. The room was cosy, always clean. Good breakfast, the French type! The hotel is extremely close to the tram, metro, easy to reach any place you need

  : Nice friendly vibe and atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy with a really cute balcony. Location was excellent for me given it's close proximity to the marathon start and finish line which I was there to compete in.
  : The lever to adjust the shower head was strangely fixed into the lowest position (kind of looked like a dodgy glue job).. A little annoying as you had to manually hold the shower head higher to get full coverage.
