  : The location was perfect. Very close to the station and situated in the wonderful area of the Marais. Super shops, cafes and full of atmosphere. We were able to drop our bags off in the morning, having arrived via the Eurostar earlier than the set check in time, this was very helpful.
  : The property was clean and comfortable. It was a little tired and could do with a little bit of tlc, perhaps some lamps in the living room, to bring a little more ambience to the space. But it was very practicle and in a great location so we would certainly come again.

  : Everything was perfect. The location is very nice, only a few steps away from metro. The cleaning was ok. The stuff were amazing.

  : The location was very good. It was good value for money and being able to make breakfast and lunch because of the kitchen helped us economise as we didn't need to eat out. There was a great bakery 1 minute away which was good for getting our daily croissants and baguettes. The metro was also only 1 minute away.
  : The single beds were very narrow. They would have been OK for children but were not really suitable for adults.

  : The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Siene river, the Notre Dame, bus stops, metro, cafe and grocery store. The apartment is a bit old but very clean and has everything that we need for a family with kids. the host is helpful and nice although I hope he had been a bit more speedy in responding.

  : The location of the apartment made travel to all parts of Paris, very convenient. Lovely and cosy apartment for a family of 4.Great heating during winter. The company is reliable that when the hot water system malfunctioned, they sent over a technician to fix it even through it was Christmas eve! They also organised a reliable taxi service to drop us off at the airport for an early morning flight.
  : The apartment needs plenty of upgrading. The floorboards creaked and one of the floorboards caused my daughter to have a splinter in her foot despite wearing socks! The kitchen had a broken tile that kept flipping whenever you stood at the stove to cook which is a potential hazard that can cause tripping and falls. The bathroom amenities were inadequate during our stay and so we bought them at Carrefour Market near the apartment. The clothes dryer frame was broken and we had to prop it up with a chair to dry our clothes.
