  : The hotel has only 5 parking slots just next to the entrance. Problem is that there isn't any gate or access control to the parking, so everyone unauthorized can park there. We have reserved and paid for a parking slot, but it was not available during our entire stay because according to the hotel staff someone else had parked his car in our spot but they didn't manage to identify who the car owner was. The staff managed the situation moving our car every time someone else had to enter or leave the parking but my recommendation is to not book the parking facility, you don't get value for money. Also we had requested a baby cot but it was not in the room when we arrived. It has been brought later upon further request.

  : Below par hotel to be honest.
  : Breakfast area was a thoroughfare of staffcleaning trolley wheel through, staff member waltzing through with large motorised scooter and a general constant traffic of people, all while youre trying to eat a below par breakfast. Fire alarm going off, lift not workingbla bla. Main entrance door swings freely and smashes into you after you enter or leave.

  : The location of the Hotel was great - there was a tram stop close by, laundromat near the hotel as well as bakeries, Cafe's, grocery store, pharmacy and a fruit/ veg market outside the Hotel each day. An easy tram ride to all tourist spots - and easy to purchase tram cards at Liberation tram stop. We booked the studio which was great to cook meals in or have breakfast each morning, buying local pastries and groceries each day. You were also able to log into streaming services on the tv.
  : It was unfortunate to arrive, and the basic kitchen facilities were not refilled. I hate having to ask for things, or complain to get basic necessities, so was uncomfortable having to do this. Kitchen tea towel, sponge/ dish cloth and dish liquid needed for the room. Also we asked for recommendations for places to go to eat the first night - and staff at reception just told us to walk locally to find lots. These were only McDonalds and burger places rather than the actual restaurants down in the old town or down by the water an easy Tram ride or 20min wander away. Something that could be helpful for first timers in the city. There were a few things also in the room that needed fixing or cleaning - something that was noticeable that could be an easy fix.

  : It was quite calm and clean. The location is just perfect. The reception is 24/7 with most of the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby was calm and nice place in the evenings.
  : Breakfast, as recommended by Booking, was the main reason (along with location) for me to book this hotel. This was a bit of dissapointment though -- breakfast was not about diversity, it was literally same every day. I found two little flies in the juice and on the cake, and also found an egg shell in the coddled egg. The cleaning service was professional, but we never got soap replenished. I advise checking the size of the room before booking -- we got a room for three persons, but it was a tiny room in fact.

  : We arrived early and were nice enough to let us check in early and go to the room, was nice to have the bunk bed around the side to separate from the main bed, bed was comfy, good location to attractions and train station to explore further out. We would stay again
  : Bathroom step up, just high enough to kick my foot on. No fridge, jug, iron in the room. Costly to hire an iron.
