  : The staff was amazing, always very helfup. Central location.
  : We had issues with our rooms, I would recommend the cleaning service to check all after they are done cleaning each room.. Water running, windows closing properly etc. Also some of the rooms would really benefit from an upgrade, walls, doors... It is definitely not as clean and welcoming as on the pictures online.

  : Good location, everything is reachable by walking, many places to eat around. Cozy and clean room, friendly staff.
  : The bathroom is not so comfortable, has very less light and the lamp was blinking.

  : The room was nice and bright. Plenty of room. Good location. Ten minute walk from the main train station. Five minute walk to the tram stop to get you down closer to the sea. The staff were very good. The reception desk could answer all my questions about where the local supermarket and laundrette was. The cleaners were very polite and did a great job.
  : There was no fridge to store food or drink in the room. This is reflected in the price you pay. Only a big problem if you need to store food overnight or like cold drinks in the morning.

  : The windows are not correctly installed and even if the windows are closed, it can be loud. TV was malfunctioning and started by itself several times a night and air condition stopped working the last night. But overall good value for money and I would stay again. Recommended

  : - the location, near the shops and close to the city center - the personnel was very friendly and helpful - the room was spacious and clean
  : - the “view”.. actually there was no view, just some bad looking buildings but it didn’t matter much as we used the room only at night ☺️
