  : Location is good as its a few minutes away from the main shopping street and city centre. Bed was big and comfortable. There is a lift and stairs to use which is good. Staff is always available when you ring the bell and very helpful.
  : Room was a studio apartment that had a little kitchen, stove, microwave, some plates and cutlery. The plates and cutlery weren't clean to my standard and there wasn't any washing items to wash the plates and cutlery. So basically the kitchen was useless and I only used the microwave. There was no kettle so had no way to boil water. Also, there wasn't anything useful to use to boil water in unless you used a pan. The shower and bathroom was very small and dated. The studio apartment doesn't get cleaned so they ask you to keep it clean yourself. If you needed toilet paper and clean towels then you had to go and ask for it every time. For the condition the studio was in and the price then its very expensive. There is one big horizontal mirror on the wall that's very high for people who are not tall so it's useless to have that mirror. There is no plug near the bed, there is 3 plus (one plus near the stove, one at the end of the bed and the other is in a corner). The window didn't close securely so if your one first floor then it's uncomfortable and unsafe to know the window can be opened easily. So overall its expensive for the state and condition this studio is in and your only paying for the location.

  : Didnt stay here as I saw reviews of drug addicts outside the apartment and as Im a female solo traveller realised there was no way it was safe for me after reading these written after I had already booked. Requested a refund due to my safety but was given no understanding and was denied so lost my money. Shocking that money was more important than my safety. A bit of care and decency wouldnt go a miss!

  : Very close to the city center. The owners and staff were very nice and welcoming. Clean and spacious enough for one even 2 people. It was clean and in nice order for the price I paid.
  : Nothing they could do about it but it is a little sketchy outside some homelessness, but other than that it was good and had no complaints.
