  : The space and the decor.
  : The location was horrible if depending on taxis and Ubers. Would recommend location if you have car to come and go. Bedding was also dirty, reached out to owner and was never given a status. Ran out of tissue. also description stated that location had 3 bedrooms but it was 1 full bath, one half bath.

  : The property personnel were pretty rude (especially Jade who hung up on me when I called to find out how to adjust the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom - it was not possible to adjust it) lying to me about providing a small refund for overcharging city tax per person per night but worse is that they lie about the description of the apartment - it is not a penthouse and does not have 3 bathrooms (there is 1.5 baths). They claim this description is booking.com responsibility but that is false and they dont correct it. I still see this false description on booking.com neither one has changed it after 2 months of complaining about it. The place was infested with ants (see photo). There were useless and damaged balcony furniture (see photo), no curtains in the bedrooms at all.

  : The view and the apartment was bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable and good kitchen facilities. The location was very quite.
  : The location was too far from the centre you would need a car. Not enough restaurants around that were open in the evening.

  : The view from the terrace is amazing. It was really great to have the air-conditioning. Also very handy was to have the private parking, albeit a bit tight for the A6.
  : The furniture on the terrace could be exchanged, there is some wear and tear
