  : The location is super, just 2min walk to the station. I really like they have air conditioning in the room. Making the heat outside more durable

  : clean, good wi-fi, couldnt pay with my card unfortunately had to withdraw cash, i liked the rooftop unfortunately it was closed in the evening, the lift is really slow, theres a curfew from 3 till 6, typical french brekfast, this hostel was alright but i feel like it is too expensive for what i got

  : They tried to scam me and also everyone else in my room and who I chatted to. They made us up in cash 360 when my accomodation was 260. Then its not 24h reception it closes supposedly between 4-6am but when I came back at 3am I was locked out with 20 other people and the next morning when I complained the next morning the owner denied it happening and then it happened again 2 nights later when I went out again. Kitchen was dirty and so were the bathrooms.

  : Cash only, unless you insist BUT not always... depends on the time, if the owner is there, etc.As a female solo traveller I pay accommodation by card only so I don't have that much cash on me. I explained this and for my first booking I payed at night by card.After my check-out I changed plans and asked for another night, they said yes, and that I had to come later to pay by card. I went later but they told me that I had to come back after 9pm and MAYBE I could pay with card because there was an issue with the POS. I talked about the comments other guests left about the very same problem and the woman gave me a very lousy explanation (I work with that system so was senseless) but I didn't insist because wasn't her fault.But I said that "maybe" wasn't gonna work for me I needed to be sure, because I had plans for the night and I couldn't come back late at night and MAYBE not being able to pay by card, and then look for another place. I decided not to stay the extra night to secure a place.Very informal and not professional. I understand the need for cash (and not paying commissions) but if you have a business you have to adapt.Is a shame because the place is well situated, clean and in general all are friendly. The room had a good size and was comfortable. A really good accommodation.Can be pricey for a hostel, but is France during the Rugby World Cup and in September, so is not uncommon.
