: I stayed in a room with partial seaview and jacuzzi. The room was very clean, but part of a house were the host lives themselves. But over all good value for the money.
: The host lived on the same floor as me, and shared the same main entrance. Furthermore when using the jacuzzi the host and one other room would past by. But again good value.

: Our room was lovely with doors onto the terrace and a beautiful view over the bay of Cannes. Olivier served us a gorgeous breakfast every morning and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. Stephanie was very friendly and welcoming and gave us some great advice on where to visit. A lovely stay in a beautiful house

: Just the location.
: I stayed at this villa for two nights between 07.09.22-09.09.22 and I was fooled by the pictures and the reviews that praised the location. There was no lobby or room service. Throughout our stay nobody even took out the trash in the room. The towels were old and discolored and the sheets were heavily stained. The room and bathroom were outdated and not well cleaned, it looked like nothing was updated since the opening. Breakfast left at the door in the morning was just two croissants in a paper bag and a few packets of jam and butter. The promised air-conditioning was not working so we opened the windows but there was too much noise from the highway. I stayed at the room marketed to have a terrace and a view but the terrace ended up being a shared space and you could only see the view when you step outside. Overall Im very disappointed with my experience.

: Breakfast good. Owners friendly. Rooms are nice. I would take the one with garden view as the "sea view" is an ugly view on Cannes.
: The location is really bad near the highway with some noise and view on the highway and electric lines. You could only park your car backwards (20 meters) which is no fun at midnight. It is really not hat you expect from Mougins.
