  : The apartments were extremely dated and very dirty. The bath towels were also very old and had better days, there should have been replaced some time ago. We asked the reception to clean the balcony as it was full of bird droppings, including the furniture outside. All they did was spray water all over the balcony and no cleaning at all. The staff at the check-in at the reception were also extremely rude on our arrival. The swimming pool is quite a small one, which isn't a problem, however you can see that they have not done any maintenance work for some time. The general upkeep of the property and grounds seems to be non-existant. For the cost of the property you would expect much higher standards and cleanliness. We have also not yet received the refund of the security deposit 1 month after our stay. I would not recommend this property, there are much better options in the region.

  : The bedrooms were large and very comfortable with modern AC, excellent mattress. Staff very helpful and friendly.
  : The size of the pool is not very big for the number of appartement/people in the resort. The gym very small and only on a single basis use that you have to book for.

  : Only think which was a bit weird is odour in the room. It was my second stay here and odour was same at the different rooms so it must be some combo of kitchen oil and cleaning saponate. But it was nothing crucial

  : This property was listed as a 4/5 star resort which it was clearly not. I emailed booking.com right after we arrived regarding several issues and didnt hear anything from your company and was sadly disappointed by the service received by not hearing back from booking.com. The room we stayed in smelled and was very musty and didnt seem clean. The bedroom carpet was disgusting, dirty and had stains all over it. We felt like you had to wear shoes when walking on it because it was so dirty. We were never told by the property that we had an assigned cleaning day. When we asked for our towels and sheets to be changed on the 4th day of our stay and were told that we missed our cleaning day and they would drop off new towels and sheets but we had to make our own bed because they didnt have one one who could do it for us?? We were told we had to take out the trash, take off the sheets and put them along with the towels on the floor before we checked out. We have NEVER stayed at a hotel/resort where we had to do this upon leaving. Also, there is not plug in in the bathroom or tiler room for plugging in a hair dryer so you had to use a plug in the kitchen area and couldnt see what you were doing. I feel like we were also way over charged per night for the type of room we stayed in along with the service. This place is a truly a 1/2 star place not a 4/5 star resort so we were way over charged. We feel like we are entitled to a refund and am shocked that this facility is part of the Hilton brand who has a great reputation at all of their locations. We have stayed at several Hiltons and have an account with them and booked this facility based on it also being part of a Hilton brand and their reputation.

  : Reception staff lovely and friendly. Hotel accommodation was clean. Offered shower gel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Area was quiet and peaceful. Free parking on-site.
  : Access was difficult at times as the driveway leading to complex is narrow.
