: I recently stayed at a Antares in Avoriaz and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The property itself was in good condition, clean, and well-maintained. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere during my visit. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or issues that arose during my stay.
: One of the main drawbacks, though, was the challenge of reaching the property via the lifts. Unfortunately, these lifts were frequently overcrowded, and to my dismay, filled with intoxicated young students. The constant presence of drunken students made the lifts quite chaotic, resulting in long waiting times and at times, difficulty entering or exiting the lift. This issue was particularly evident during peak hours when everyone was going out for activities or returning from a day on the slopes. While I understand that Avoriaz is a popular destination for young skiers and snowboarders, it would be beneficial if the property management or the ski resort itself implemented measures to ensure a more orderly lift experience. Increased security or monitoring during peak hours could help alleviate these issues and create a more enjoyable stay for all guests. Despite this particular inconvenience, the rest of my stay was relatively hassle-free. Avoriaz offers fantastic skiing opportunities and breathtaking views, making it an excellent choice for winter sports enthusiasts. The surrounding amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, were easily accessible and added to the overall appeal of the location.
