  : Nice size apartment (we were two single guys sharing) and it would also work well for two couples. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony which gets the afternoon sun. Close to main supermarket in Morzine. Good wi-fi and good pizza restaurant immediately opposite.
  : Keys have to be collected in office hours from rental agents at the other end of town (a 10 - 15 min walk away). Customer Service/communication from rental agent was poor to non-existent, hard to get hold of via phone when we had issues and didn't return phone calls. Heating only worked on one radiator in the whole property. Long walk to nearest gondola/lift, although a ski bus stops right outside.

  : The property is at the lower end of town bwith a 5 minute walk to be centre. There is a good supermarket 2 minutes walk away and bus stop for the (free) public bus to the Prodain cable car is also 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. The buses to the Prodain cable car are every 7 minutes and take approx 10 mins. Once there the queue moves quickly (never more than 5/7 minutes) and the cable car, which is large, takes approx 5 minutes after which you are in the heart of Avoriaz.
  : Whilst none of these were a major issue they each take a little away from a generally good apartment. The main bed has a matress that is too large for the frame. The kitchen is very compact and the owners have chosen to have a dishwasher & washing machine but no oven. We felt a washing machine & oven would have been a better combination. The apartment was warm & cosy and everything seemed to work well
