  : The location was excellent, the staff were lovely. Our view was okay but not great!
  : The breakfast pastries were not covered up & lots of flies landing on chairs/ people in the dining area- why not invest in fly zappers??The dining area & bar furniture was very “dated” as was the room’s bathroom. Windows for our room needed cleaning but we didn’t report it ourselves!!

  : Very close to the Sanctuary & retail shops & restaurants The staff was very attentive & tried to solve problems right away. They are also very helpful & cheerful at the front desk especially Vanessa, Martha & Humberto ( not sure if I got his name right). The first room they gave me was in the corner & very dark. I asked if I can switch & I was given a bigger room with a better view. Also the room was next to the swimming pool which I liked because that was why I booked the hotel because I can use the pool. My suggestion is to have an earlier opening time of 7am or 8am instead of 9am for the pool for those who want to exercise early before breakfast. I was told the air had to be off & was told to open the windows. I told them I need the air on. It would have been ok at night but then the bugs come in.
  : The property could use some updating…maybe use tile flooring instead of carpet. The carpet is red & old & made the room look dark. Breakfast had a variety of foods but same sausage & eggs everyday. If you get there at 9am for breakfast the sausages & omelettes are very dry. The croissants are great but usually gone by 9 am.
