  : Perfect location, very close to the Sanctuary. The hotel director was super nice and friendly, very open to discuss about everything and willing to help in order to get the best staying.
  : The elevator was so slow, every time I used it, I lost at least 10 min. The pillows are super uncomfortable. The room was not so cleaned.

  : Staff were friendly and had good english. Close proximity to everything. Food was beautiful couldn't fault it although never tried the breakfast. Cocktails were delicious when made by younger guy. The older guy who took over the bar sadly couldn't make the same quality cocktail it left a bad taste in the mouth. Hotel and room was very clean and nicely decorated and warm. Would stay again despite the small failings.
  : Hotel is advertised as 4 star but sadly fails on basic things which was dissapointing. Had been upgraded to deluxe twin with balcony but when we went to room it wasnt. Lady on reception sorted it without any fuss. Room was advertised as having free bottles of water and a mini bar it had neither. Coffee machine had 2 capsules and 2 tiny milk pods which wouldn't do 1 person. Cups were PAPER which were never changed. You would get better tea/coffee facilities in a very basic hotel. There was no light in toilet which was seperate from bathroom which was reported at reception but it was never fixed. Pillows were not comfy woke up with sore neck and shoulders.

  : Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was at a walking distance. Breakfast had good choices and we both enjoyed it. Room had a balcony and we did not use as the weather was so hot. Will be visiting here next time.
  : I booked for 2 nights and then changed for 3 nights. They did not have the updated details in paper. Although everything was paid for 3 nights. Eventually it was confirmed for 3 nights.
