  : Wonderful place - beautiful.
  : I booked an apartment a few months ago. I was traveling with a business partner and found out after the first night that she needed a true separate bedroom due to her CPAP machine. I called the listed hotel number the night before our arrival to see if we in fact did need to book a second room. Someone answered and they were obviously in a restaurant due to the background noise. I just barely started to ask a question and the man on the phone cut me off and said Thus is an emergency number ( the one listed on line as the main number). Call back at 7am and hung up on me mid-sentence. I of course decided to cancel the whole booking, but I would have been charged the full amount, so I kept the reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by douard, the sweetest hotel employee ever. He apologized profusely for the conversation I had the night before with, it turns out, his boss - the OWNER. He checked us in kindly and professionally and even came up later to make sure we didnt need anything. He also was very kind the next morning when their heavy automatic security gate malfunctioned and closed on our car, denting it. No matter how nice the hotel was, they would have received the lowest rating possible if it werent for douard. I am a 70 year old professional business woman which has no bearing on the fact that NO ONE deserves to be treated so poorly. If he planned on hanging up half-way through the first sentence, why did he pick up in the first place. So very rude and uncalled for.

  : Good location and breakfast.
  : We can only comment about apartment 31. The set up was weird and there is not a lot of space, as this is an attic apartment. Plus, the apartment was full of spiders.

  : The family room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Parking within the structure was very convenient.
  : There was no sound insulation between the ground floor, where we were, and the first floor. It felt the guest on the first floor was just walking on top of our heads. Windows were huge but the curtains too short, which means we had full sunlight in the room from 6am.
