  : Parking was very convenient to the building which is directly across from the lifts. Excellent access.
  : The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. The bedding is very nice and comfortable.

  : Location was great, staff very helpful and courteous. Room and decor was absolutely beautiful and had all that we needed. Cleaning staff were lovely!! Restaurant onsite very good as was the other eating areas-we ate at both! Lifts for slope are immediately outside so no walking/ busses before you even start. View absolutely amazing. Boot room very good, parking was easy for us ( although we did arrive early) . Family run hotel, and it shows.. attention to detail exceptional. Would definitely re-visit with all of the family. We have been to many many hotels in various locations and I would definitely put this with my top ten! Thank you very much, it was a privilege..
  : Few small things really, noise- the button lift is right outside the hotel and obviously had to be cleared of ice/snow etc before using which is around 7.15 am so dont expect a quiet lay in, although this wasnt a problem for us. We used it as our breakfast alarm LOL ... Bottles of water in room would be nice ( even if only refilled daily) no kettle or tea making facilities if you need a drink at all or need for baby bottles etc .. bin in bedroom really doesnt work lol youll see what I mean when you go! All above VERY MINIMAL things but internet in room was terrible and this I needed for work so this really does need rectifying. Great place, great staff, great chef !!!!!!!!

  : The rooms were modern/recentlt refurbished, but way too warm. We slept with windows open, as did many of the guests (so told).
  : The lack of choice and v small portions on an evening. We would have expected to have some choice instead of a set menu. Particularly when paying a premium for half board. The fitness room was literally a small room with three machines crammed in side by side - unusable. Sauna/spa - not great.

  : Cheap square pillows. Expensive. Dated decor in places. Evening menu a bit hit and miss.

  : Great position on the slopes, near nightlife and town centre. Well appointed with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was very good in both the restaurant and brassiere.

  : Breakfast was excellent, the location of this hotel I would say is the best location of any hotel in Les 2 Alpes.
  : The Wifi in the hotel was very poor, would have been nice to have a choice of menu for the evening meal however the food was first class
