  : The card to open the door was a little bit hard to use..everytime I needed to use the trick that staff told me and tried several times in order to open my door..

  : The hotel is okay. The rooms are adequate size. There are amenities available, such as a kitchen, bathroom with shower, etc. There are towels provided and bedsheets. There is furniture in the room. The hotel itself has a dining area in the first floor, and breakfast is available for an additional 10 euros. The front entrance requires remote entry with use of a code. The staff are nice and even though they do not provide 24-hour staff at the front desk, they are available by phone if needed.
  : The hotel is old. The carpet is dingy. The bed and furnishings are old-looking. The location is not ideal in Grasse, as there is nothing nearby the hotel. In order to get to the restaurants and sites requires at least 15-20 minutes walk. The parking garage is not free and costs an additional 28 Euros per day. The hotel does not have a 24-hours staff. Staff are only there in the morning and some parts of the afternoon. There are times where I wished I had an employee so I could ask questions.
