  : Room had ants. Bed wasn't made with pillows. Wifi didn't work (by staff admission). Also, considering the price and alleged star rating - this hotel frankly doesn't deliver value.

  : Location is fine. One staff who is an intern was fantastic! Very professional and helpful! One staff was extremely rude! She should not be put at the reception as she was very bad, no communication skills, no smile, no effort to help whatsoever until I asked to speak to the manager! The magazines in the rooms (I stayed two nights at a suite room and two nights at a deluxe room) were as old as 10 years! And in my deluxe room, there was a spider web at the ceiling! To top it off, when I checked out, they charged me with two items from their shop which I never purchased!!! The beds are ok but when I stayed at the suite, the pillows were terrible. I paid a lot for a suite room with a terrace with nothing but rooftops as the view. Seriously, its a Relais & Chateaux hoteldoes the owner know about this? I have other significant feedback but too tired to type.

  : lunch and breakfast were very very very poor , specially the breakfast , how could you serve pan fried eggs from a buffet instead of doing it a la minute

  : We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It really is a calm and beautiful oasis to relax. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff very welcoming and professional. We had the most wonderful and spacious suite over-looking the valley and lovely decorated in the Provencal style. Since we do not breakfast I cannot tell anything about it. As well our small dog was allowed in the restaurant which we really appreciated so we did not need to leave it in the room. We, my husband and I, would definitely book the hotel again.
