  : The street turns into a big party street at night. All guests were kept up both nights until 4am by the people on the streets.

  : Price vs comfort. Free closed parking only 800 meters far is also a big plus. There was a lot of noise from people upstairs like partying but the owner was extremely helpful by immediate action and resolving once informed
  : There was a bad smell in the bathroom as if the drain is stuck and causing smell. The sofa bed in the living room is just across a window transparent to the aisle of the apartment. It makes it less comfortable to sleep when there is traffic inside the apartment that lights go on and people passing by next to the window. I had to place towels to block the visibility

  : This Host is the absolute winner in terms of communication and documentation. The task was not easy: find the apartment at night, enter the building with a code, get the keys from the box, park the car when unloading, grab the parking keys, find the parking, etc, BUT their explanation was so good that I did all this seamlessly. EVERY STEP was very well explained, with pictures, charts and even a city guide. Bravo pour l'organisation, 20/20!
  : Very noisy street: beer parties just in front of the house till 1:40 a.m.

  : Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children aged 10 & 7) stayed for 2 nights in this second floor apartment. There is free parking just 200m away in a secure parking garage. Nicely renovated, fresh and clean apartment. Fantastic location to explore Dijon, would have liked to have been able to stay longer. Master bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. Large shower and vanity and separate toilet.
  : The sofa couch isn’t the best, quite small, ok for children. Electric wall sockets in the kitchen and master bedroom can not be used as you can’t get plugs into them. Hand towels & tea towels would be helpful as no dish rack to let dishes dry. No toiletries supplied. Apartments below under renovations, quite a bit of dust about but thankfully not too much noise during our stay.

  : Location is perfect.The host was friendly.
  : It was so loud in every nights that we couldn’t sleep well. The Apartment building is just bad. It is very old and the door was defective. There was no covers for bed and blankets, no dish towel and soap etc.

  : Great location. Many bars and restaurants next door. Historical city centre a few minutes away. Flexible owner let us check in early. Car park included in the price is 2 min waking distance from the flat. Good price
  : The building (hallway and some other flats) is undergoing heavy renovations. We were lucky to stay there only 1 day on a Saturday night so not much work going on on Sunday morning. Might be a problem on weekdays though. The street is noisy because of bars and people partying but being close to bars was one of our objective so it's ok.
