  : Easy self checkin and checkout. Close to the city centre.
  : Some dude sleeping on the corridor, just in front of apartment doors, while we were checking-out. Dirty sponge left in the kitchen. Apartment space is filled with various unnecessary items that are laying in plain sight(vaccum, Laundry dryer etc).

  : Great location, close to the historical city centre and also the central train station. The immediate surroundings are quiet, but a few minutes of walking will bring you to many good restaurants and bars. The studio is very cute, clean, and well equipped. We love the cute owl decorations! Overall a very nice place to stay!
  : The bed is rather soft. In winter, condensation on the skylight (i.e., the ceiling window) would sometimes drip onto the feet portion of the bed (despite efforts to air out the apartment when it is less humid outside), but not a huge issue.

  : Simple apartment within easy walking distance of the centre. We also found street parking nearby and took comfort from the number of expensive local cars parked on the street. It seems a safe area. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and the full size fridge. The WiFi was also very good.
  : The one item we would recommend is that the Velux window be fitted with an electric opening and closing mechanism. The pole supplied was broken and, to be honest, unless you are familiar with how to use a Velux pole it is very easy to break. The apartment was very hot and the only option for ventilation was the window to the street (noisy).

  : Cleanliness- 1 out of 10 - 1 for towel cleanliness.I did not understand why we were charged 200 EUR deposit when the property is not prestine to start with.As we walked in there was a smell of smoke (most likely coming from the neighbours).I worried about it, so that we would not be blamed for the state of the property so I took pictures and videos of everything around.-The kitchen appliances had a layer of dust and the likes of extraction fan- layer of grease, a little fan was covered with grease? and then dust? because inside of the fan- what should have been white - was black.The walls had scratch marks all around the apartment, bed side table had a NAIL cutting (pulled off nail) on it, the bedsheet wasn't clean.Bin liner/bag in the kitchen was too small for the tall bin, so when we were putting rubbish it fell down into the big bin, and the bin's walls were dirty, not cleaned. Looked like puke- but most likely was just a food stain.Kitchen did not have washing up liquid nor a towel for washed dishes.We werent able to properly wash the dishes after ourselves.-We complained about the installations not being clean in the evening via texts.--They promised to get it cleaned the next day.Next day we left to town, tidying our belongings into a small corner so a thorough cleaning could be done, but they decided it's a waste of their time & simply left bedsheets and new towels - without doing a proper cleaning of the apartment.-Deposit of 200 EUR was taken the day before arrival 28/09, we stayed 29/09 and checked out on the 1st of October.The deposit was only returned (although immediately) upon a text message request on the 05/10/23.--Location- good, but a little too close to the train station- which also comes with its "perks" - you hear every train passing by.--Building itself is not in the best of shape- as you walk in there is a smell of humidity, the starecase is the cheapest possible placed.
