  : The junior assistant at reception was very friendly at all times. This review is solely targeted at the manager/owner.
  : We had a very bad experience and the customer service response by the manager/owner was even worse. We entered the room to a running toilet flush that needed fixing. They fixed it within 10min. Upon returning after the dinner the entire room was filled with the smell of feces / sewage from a seemingly dysfunctional toilet. Contacting the personnel did not provide a reaction. We had to leave all windows open and the bathroom was essentially not usable. When bringing this up during the checkout, instead of receiving an apology (or even a refund) we were then accused of making this up by the manager / owner. Her behaviour was neither professional nor customer friendly, or in any way fit for hospitality service.

  : I have never been treated so bad in a hotel or other accomodation before. The lady at reception treated us really bad from the first moment. The room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait one extra hour in the heat. After waiting 1 extra hour we entered the room and one of the beds was still undone. The same lady at reception was originally asking for us to pay the whole bill in cash and we had to fight to get her to accept a bank transfer. Sincerely recommend not chosing this accomodation.

  : Location is superb for land tours and is a very quite place. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well fitted.
  : The worst side of the apartment is that the sleeping room with the king size bed was at the top of very steep stairs with very low ceailing and the bathroom was in the lower floor and that was really very unconfortable in the nights.

  : i liked the outdoor patio with table and chairs. Interior had a desk and chair. Kitchen area had a microwave and fridge which i used. i didn't use the cooker or kettle. Washing-up liquid was available. on-site car parking available
  : A comfortable chair for evening use would be good. Bathroom fittings were awkwardly placed.
