  : I had a booking at this hotel for one night last week. When I arrived at 9.30pm reception was closed so I telephoned the number given. No one answered. I rang the doorbell continuously for 10 minutes. No one answered, there were no signs of life and no lights were on in tge whole building. I was left stranded in the street with nowhere to stay.

  : Nothing ,property is being used for refugees and asylum seekers and homeless people property has false advertising in booking .com it has no bar or restaurant or hygiene at all I am very very disappointed property ridden with fleas damp mould and unsafe for children and families property have people smoking and drinking in properties smoke alarms have been removed doors and windows dont lock I had to stay awake all nite scared to sleep with all noise and when I complained next morning asking for refund I was told that thay know property is not safe and is dirty with no remorse I am left feeling very disappointed it ruined my familys half term break .disgusting disgusting disgusting property not fit for human habitation

  : I thought it would be ok just for 1 night even checking all the bad reviews, but Ive regretted my choice. The room was not clean, had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the blanket was covered in hair. Moreover, despite the checkout being at 12, I was disturbed at 11:30 by staff asking me to vacate the room, which felt highly unprofessional. Additionally, the thin walls in the room allowed for a lack of privacy, as I could hear every noise from surrounding rooms. Seriously AVOID! They shut this place down.

  : The breakfast was ok.
  : , I asked for a ground floor room as I had a really bad cold and was having difficulty breathing. They said they didn't have one yet there were only three cars parked in the car park overnight. The room was dingy and unwelcoming. The room was cold, the heater was electric, and the wire was broken and taped up. It didn't work.There was only one pillow each, and luckily, I had a blanket with me that I made into a pillow. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.. Definitely would not stop there again

  : The bed was really comfortable and I slept well.
  : The bar is now permanently closed. There are no facilities at all not even the use of a toilet in the seating area. The whole place is tired and old with leaks and obvious mould issues.
