  : Good location and restaurant.
  : We've used this hotel many times over the years at the end of our holiday as close to ferry port. Unfortunately this time the room (20) needed a deep clean. The bathroom floor was filthy, the bedroom chair is stained and the room could do with being refurbished. Hopefully standard's will improve!

  : Very friendly accommodating staff, spoke good English. Beds were nice and comfy with a nice splash of colour on the walls. Food in the restaurant was delicious, with a lovely view of the sea and the Calais Dragon walking past, an unusual site whilst eating.
  : No hot water when we arrived, although this was fixed by the time we returned to our room after an outing in Calais. Only one plug socket in the bedroom, the second was in the bathroom! Although the food served was excellent the only Veggie alternative was cheese and lots of it, lovely, but not the healthiest, my partner's first Sea bass was undercooked, but swiftly replaced with a new one, extra chips salad and bread. The door handle on the bathroom was stiff, awkward getting in as the third bed was slotted beside it, and the light switch was inside the toilet, not the best when you need to go at night.

  : The only let down was no hot water for a morning shower. We informed reception that our rooms had no hot water to be told the technician was arriving at 7. We checked out at 6.20 to catch Le Shuttle We werent offered anything as compensation

  : Lovely location by the beach with free parking right by the hotel. Delicious good value food in the restaurant and all staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Window in room opened fully which is a little unsafe with young children, however once shut a child would be unable to open it.
