  : Bright , spacious and airy apartment. Beware of lots of stairs! Inside the apartment everything was great - comfy beds, well appointed.
  : A) There was a lot of "unsettling activity" on the streets in front of the apartment - at night we didn't feel secure. Questionable neighborhood. B) the Cocoonr Agency charged us an extra 100Euro fee saying we hadn't returned the keys - but we did.

  : The property is located in a very seedy part of Bordeaux with drug deals being done at the front door step, the property is on the fourth floor with no lift and it has 90 stairs not ideal for any traveller with a heavy bag (this should have been disclosed)... the entrance is dark and dirty with paint peeling off the ceiling, the property itself was dirty, the kitchen bench had bread crumbs all over it. The property was more like a student share house than a high priced holiday rental property (and this was our most expensive place we stayed in over 7 weeks in Europe and the worst by multiples). We were duped by the photos, the couch was not the couch in the booking photo it was dirty, torn, stained and the only other chair was broken. There were massive cobwebs in the living room. The photos of this property on Booking.com were far from accurate. The property had constant noise throughout the night with police in attendance with sirens on the street often. And to top it off we as guests were required to take the rubbish down 90 stairs at the end of our stay and dispose of it or else we were threatened with a fine ... give me a break! Unprofessional amateur Price gouging! Spend your money elsewhere!
