  : We liked the quiet area, just near the shopping streets and lively bars. The apartment was well equipped, and we found it comfortable. It was easy to access.

  : The location, the balcony, the washing machine. the shower was good lots of hot water. we were able to cook a couple of light meals and there were plenty of cooking utensils. Plenty of information about the area and amenities.
  : I needs a bit of TLC. A coat of paint would do wonders. The fridge needs replacing, the shelves all broken and the bed creaked all the time. This is constructive criticism as I think this place could earn itself a much better rating.

  : Excellent location, very convenient for the tram system. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Good selection of shops locally.
  : Several instances of light bulbs not working. One dangerous electric socket hanging off the wall. Poor quality towels. General decoration 'tired".

  : Excellent location, very central, with easy public transportation access, yet on a quiet street. The apartment was large enough for two people, recently renovated, with a separate sitting area and a balcony providing lots of morning light. The communications with Jean Christophe were very easy. He came over to hand the keys over and to explain the details of the apartment use and came back again upon the check-out. A very friendly person.

  : The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the city attractions and public transport. The building's interior is clean and reflects the traditional French style.
  : Generally speaking, the apartment needs redecorating. The host mentioned not working the air conditioner however much more equipment is not operational. Surprisingly, the issues have been mentioned many times before by visitors but have not been rectified so far. Here is the list: 1. Freezer compartement dead 2. Bathroom door lock is dodgy 3. Broken lampshade /light not operational/ 4. Hanging wall socket /Health and Safety issue/ 5. Air condition not operational 6. TV set is very obsolete 7. Repainting required 8. Coffee maker welcome 9. Poor lighting within all apartment
