  : The size of the apartment was great. It had everything we needed. We did not say at Emile Fourcand we stayed at 33 rue Montbazon.
  : The garbage in the hallway was always full. No parking in front so Uber could not pick us up.

  : Really quiet so you get some rest. Super facilities like using the washing machine to take stock when travelling around. It really well located in a good district and some good food places not far away (within a km). It's a really good clean well equipped apartment and easy to get to on the trams.
  : My friends mother passed and he couldn't makeIt and I didn't need 3 bedrooms. Therefore Beware the staff are not willing to bend rules too much. That is cancel if something dramatic changes.

  : Good location - quiet residential area, a few minutes from supermarkets/boulangerie/tram stop and easy walking distance to centre.Apartment was clean and well equipped.Nice bedlinen and fluffy white towels.
  : Bedrooms are a reasonable size but 2 tiny bathrooms and the open plan kitchen/dining/living area is small so with 3 people we felt quite cramped. The sliding door on bathroom off living area has gaps so offers very little privacy.Sofa bed was uncomfortable.Steep internal steps from apartment front door up to living area with no proper handrail.Although staff had been informed we were on a late flight several days before, and the apartment fee had been paid in full, when we got to airport we received a message that unless we paid city tax before arrival we would not be given the access codes. The office was downstairs and we could have paid there the next morning and not through some unknown online payment link.

  : We have stayed here before and the location is perfect especially as it accepts pets and is very close to the park and city centre. We managed to get a very good price for the booking so would stay here again but only for a similar price as we have checked on other occasions it it has been more than double what we paid for one night. We are actually staying in Bordeaux again this weekend so I will check the prices first!
  : We loved our first stay here but this time wasn't so great. I was kept awake most of the night by what sounded like a washing machine running all night! Check-in was a bit more confusing than the first time we stayed, instead of just sending the codes, I received a message saying someone would meet us outside with the keys. After standing outside for about 20 minutes with the kids getting cold and wet my daughter saw someone in the window and waved so they opened the door, a bit of crossed wires! There was also quite a bit of noise from the road so I would get a room away from the front when staying again
