  : Location was superb & the property was very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast highly recommend.
  : Toilet area very small, room size very small but we were aware of that. Room was very hot even with the fan provided.

  : The location and the staff were good and friendly. They helped with directions etc. The price was good also for the location.
  : No air conditioning, while a fan was in the room, it was loud so couldnt leave on all night. Due to the heat of the room, it made sleeping virtually impossible. Wouldnt stay again in the summer months, unless they got air con.

  : The location, in the city centre, meant I had everything I wanted to see in walking distance. It is in a lovely quiet spot, close to the cathedral and a Carrefours 2 minutes walk away.The staff were incredibly helpful to an Australian who speaks little French!There being no lift, my suitcase was carried up and down for me.The bed was comfortable, linen fresh and a fan and an open window helped on a warm night.Breakfast was full of choices.and fresh.Will definitely stay againAllowance HAS to be made for an historic building in a Medieval city. My room was small, but ok for a solo traveller. The bathroom is very small, but I managed fine.I climbed the 2 flights of stairs with no problems. The comfort and convenience was worth it.

  : The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linen and pillows. The location is fantastically central. Spotlessly clean. They wee upgrading WiFi on the day we arrived. So we could see the benefits of before and after.
  : On the third floor without a lift you can see why they've placed a chair on each landing! Not a big deal if able-,bodied, The breakfast room has a slightly institutional feel to it, but there plenty of cafes roundabout.
